Boston Productions Mobile DJ Show is a family run business. Bob Harter started the show back in 1996 with his wife Tammy and in 2005 is now joined by his son, Dustin Harter. Servicing the Chicagoland area, Boston Productions Mobile DJ Show is centrally located in Elgin, IL.

With 14 years of experience and happy customers, Bob and Dustin have the working synergy to keep your guest dancing and the know-how to run a professional light show and a unforgettable sound experience.

Here are the highlights of Bob's DJ career below:

• Age 15 - I started DJ'ing at the Ing skating Palace
• Age 18 - started working part-time at WLUV 96.7 FM in Rockford, IL
• Age 21 - met my wife and had to get a real job!
• June 1993 - after attending various weddings over the years, I knew that it could be done in a more professional and personal manner.
• April 1996 - that's is when we decided to start our own mobile dj service, which became Boston Productions Mobile DJ Show.

"I knew that I wanted to take it to the next level with equipment and lighting. You ask why Boston Productions? The reason being, on the radio my on-air personality name was Robert Boston. I vowed to use the name once I started my own business. And thus, Boston Productions Mobile DJ Show. "
